MSGM Official offers a seamless return process for items purchased online within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the security seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the MSGM designer tags and authenticity cards are included, then securely seal the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team verifies the return.
